London-based composer and producer James Fussey, known as Audio Lad, blends diverse influences ranging from Mozart’s Choral masterpieces to Verdi, Bach, and 70's Disco, alongside harsh Industrial bass synths and just about any other samples he can get his hands on. With an impressive background as a Classical musician, his career in Dance music kicked off in 2008 when legendary DJ Dave Pearce played his Trance anthem ‘Tears from Saturn’ on his BBC Radio 6 show. Audio Lad brings us innovative tracks in the Electro, House, and Dubstep genres.

Audio Lad's James Fussey studied trumpet at the Royal Academy of Music, where he played for some of the top Orchestras in the world, including the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House and The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. He also toured with the Classical singer Aled Jones and played a solo recital for HRH Duchess of Gloucester. James thoroughly enjoys playing the Classical repertoire, but has always had a huge passion for Electronic music. He first became involved with Urban Sickness Audio in 2009 when he was selected to remix the Dark Disco anthem ‘Never Enough’ by VAHN.
