Born in Savannah, Georgia, David Harbuck has always kept music at the center of his life. At the young age of 5 he discovered Elvis and spent his early years learning to play the guitar. At age 17 Harbuck left home and was apart of the US Navy for 6 years. When he finally returned home at age 23 he experienced a slew of jobs before he became a full-time musician in 1989.
Harbuck spent the early 90s fronting several local acts (Take 3, Cry Wolf and Southern Comfort) before he hit the stage as a solo act in 1993. Harbuck is a talented country guitar player as well as an
extraorinary vocalist. "9 Songs & A Picture" was his first album which was released in 1994. "Troubadour" followed in 1997 and a Christmas collection, "Mistletoe Melodies," was released in 2000. Harbuck's most recent release "Naked In The Rain," is filled with heart and tremendous love and loss as David's own life reflects.
