Florida artist John Telaak is the singer, songwriter, and producer behind Light Box Therapy. A DJ through the 80's, John has been writing and recording both solo and with his bands Sonorous, The Perfect Tragedy, and Light Box Therapy. In 2006, John went into the studio with producer Armand Petri (Goo Goo Dolls, 10,000 Maniacs, Sixpence None The Richer) to record the Sunshine Overload EP, which received many great reviews and some radio airplay. John has also worked with producer Fen Ikner (Calexico and other indies), and also produces other artists in between his own projects.
Light Box Therapy, with John Telaak at the helm, is focused on creating original music and SFX for Film, TV, and other media productions. John was recently hand-picked to produce a record for a seasoned songwriter with a substantial catalog of songs that reaches back to the sixties.
