Actor and Rapper, Marvilus was born Lloyd Marvin Brown in Houston, Texas. Marvilus has always been one to spin tales from the top of his head faster than a cowboy can spit chew. A phenomenal writer with a self portrait style rap delivery that would make the most successful rappers in the game proud and story telling that is real life.

A Basketball stand-out in high school until a knee injury sidelined and threatened any hopes of a scholarship to college; Marvilus began a quest for lyrical proficiency in the rap game. A constant threat to the free style rap scene in Texas, home of such rap notables as Ghetto Boys, Scar face, and most recently Lil Flip and Camilionaire . Marvilus was known as a member of the 420 Clique formed by friends K. Y.,Tommie Wong and Big Bad Biff.” We came out to Cali to visit my Uncle who is an actor/singer/songwriter he agreed to help us out, I went back to Texas determined that I found my new home. Biff wanted to finish college, and Tommie enlisted in the Air Force, I’m here tryin to write my self into Hip-Hop history”. And write he has tracks like “The Liquor Store” a tale woven from reality or hype, you make the call. “Bad Bitch”, an up-tempo poetic rhyme, bumping bass beat with a fresh hook. Dreaming? A wakeup call, where Marvilus recites “I’m the King but you just don’t’ know it, my nigga you will know it as long as I just don’t blow it”, and Good o’l Day’s and many more that has this hard pavement poet from Texas kicking in doors with his story telling style.
