Mirco Di Marcello

Italian artist Mirco Di Marcello began studying the piano as a child, and by age 15 he had abandoned his studies to pursue the creation of Electronic and Dramatic music. In addition to composing music for TV and other projects, Mirco also has vast experience as a performer and keyboardist in bands, musicals, and theater productions. His band Diodo Zener recently reached the regional final in the Sanremo Festival with their song "Allo Stadio." Mirco cites Ennio Morricone, Alan Silvestri, Marco Frisina, Pet Shop Boys, Michael Cretu, and Massimiliano Pani as major influences.
