Shadowfinder
Shadowfinder is a Polish producer whose work blends Electronic, Ambient, Rock, and Shoegaze styles to create a truly original and intoxicating sound. After receiving a Classical music education at the Royal Academy of Music in the Netherlands, he has produced over 500 tracks, several film/documentary scores, and a host of commercial spots. Shadowfinder is currently scoring a documentary for the Discovery Channel, as well as two animated movies for the Polish National Film School. He is also preparing to tour Poland to promote the release of his highly acclaimed debut album.
Shadowfinder's influences are very broad, ranging from Classical composers like Prokofiev, Holst, Grieg, Gorecki, and Stravinsky, through Rock and Shoegaze bands like Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, and Porcupine Tree, to Electronic music acts such as Air, Biosphere, Massive Attack, Bent, and Underworld. When scoring movies, he employs everything from Classical and Ministalistic piano tracks to Orchestral sounds, ethnic percussion, and Electronic beats.
