1. TRAFFIC - Our sites get over a million visitors per month, far more than any of our competitors on the Internet.  Feel free to check it out at www.Alexa.com ... their stats are not comprehensive, since they only show a sampling of Internet traffic, but you'll get the picture, loud and clear!  We advertise heavily and we'll deliver more traffic to your content than you ever thought possible - far more than our competitors possibly could.

2.  FREE STORAGE - By selling your tracks at AudioSparx, you'll get free storage for all of your precious audio files.  As you may well know, master track .wav files can easily take up hundreds of megabytes or even gigabytes.  We store your files for free and perform rolling real-time off-site backups for maximum security of your files.

3.  YOU ARE IN CONTROL - You retain full ownership of your content.  You configure your tracks with title, description, keywords, etc.  You can sell your tracks individually or in multi-track "soundpacks".  You can upload multiple related track edits (e.g. full track, 60 second version, 30 second version and so on) and group them together to appear as a unit on the site. You can configure one or more artists under your account if you have content from multiple different sources.  We make it easy with batch upload and batch edit capabilities, a pricing wizard (get that sweet spot!) and other helpful tools to maximize your control to configure your tracks just the way you like.  You can remove or replace any tracks at any time.

4.  REAL-TIME MONITORING - You can run reports at any time to see how many plays and sales you have.  We provide many different reports and helpful information to help maximize your sales.  We pay commissions on a quarterly basis religiously.  We strive to keep you happy so you bring more and more content to sell over time.

5.  PERFORMANCE ROYALTIES - For musicians, we help and guide you in the process end-to-end to help you earn performance royalties for the broadcast production use of your music.  Are you an established member of ASCAP, BMI or other performing rights organization (PRO)?  You'll love us!  If not, we'll help you get there quickly. If you prefer to take advantage of our expertise in administering publishing, to help ensure that you earn performance royalties as they should be due to you for broadcast-use of your music, we provide this as an optional service.

6.  MULTIPLE SITES - We operate multiple audio-related web sites, so for the time it takes you to upload and configure your content, you can participate in one or all of these sites (configurable by artist and track):

specializing in selling royalty-free music

CustomLabelMusic.com - An innovative site where clients
design and order their own music CDs.  They choose the desired
artwork, music tracks and packaging and then place an order.

7.  EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS - We partner with Verizon, Sprint, Thumbplay, MonsterMob and other external companies to distribute your sound effects and/or music as ringtones around the world. We can place your content as ringtones in over 21 countries.

Basic Terms
Here's how it all works:

1. AudioSparx reserves the right to reject any artist or track for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion. If we accept you, AudioSparx will market your music, sound effects, loops and/or ringtones on our web sites and in industry channels. As money is earned from your content, you make money on a revenue-share basis.

2.  Our licensing is non-exclusive, which means you can also license your tracks to other publishers or licensing agents as desired.  If you ever need to take down any of your tracks because you wish to enter into an exclusive publishing agreement with another publisher for one or more of your tracks, that's fine, you can do so at any time.

3.  You retain all copyright ownership to all of your tracks, and you set the pricing for your tracks as you desire. Our pricing wizard will suggest a "sweet spot" price for each track to take the guess work out of pricing and help maximize your sales and revenue by not over or underpricing each track.

4.  Commissions are paid quarterly via PayPal, check or direct deposit (ACH).


How to Participate As a Vendor

In order to participate as a vendor with AudioSparx, follow these simple steps:

1. Read Licensing Agreement - You can read our Vendor Licensing Agreement text by clicking here (popup window).

2. Register -  Take a minute to register online for free by clicking here (popup window).  After registering and logging into the site, submit a new Artist Application (from the "Submit New Artist" option at the bottom of the Client tab of the MyAudioSparx Menu). We review all new artist applications within 48 hours and will email you with our decision about whether to represent the artist you submit the application for. You can submit multiple artist applications if you represent music for multiple different artists for whom you would like to sell content at AudioSparx.

3. Upload Tracks - If you are accepted as a new artist at AudioSparx, you can upload tracks one at a time, or use our powerful batch upload and batch edit features to upload dozens or even hundreds of tracks at once.  After uploading, configure each track with price, description and keywords (optional), and for music tracks you can optionally configure relevant moods, styles and other helpful information to make it easy for clients to find your tracks quickly.  The better the configuration effort, the better the results!

4.  Run Reports - You can run real time reports for any time period to see how many plays and sales your tracks are getting.

5. Get Paid - After the end of each calendar quarter we email you a report that details all sales for the previous quarter, and then shortly thereafter we send payment.
