Paul played piano on the earliest version but always knew that Rich would really kick it up and get the energy to where it needed to be. He sure did - we've always loved what he did on this tune! Richard sent Paul his version of the piano part just two days before he died; it was the last thing Richard ever recorded. Paul always thought that that was a fitting exit... to go out swinging hard. Paul says Richard always knew what to play and what not to play!
