From a past wild with fires that burned innocence and ignorance away to nothing but ash. Wildon Ash was formed. Living through these burnt memories of the past, transcending the fires and immortalizing it all within words and lyrics is what this band is all about. Keywords: Winning The Battle of the Bands in 2008. Wildon Ash released their first album “Cool Place In Hell”. The album was produced by Lewis Richards, or "Lou Dog" Richards. Lewis Richards produced the band Sublime and their multi-platinum album, Sugar Ray, Sting, and more recently, Slightly Stoopid (on the radio a lot right now) and The Dirty Heads w/Rome - the song "Lay Me Down" - which is number one on the Billboard charts right now. Lewis Richards played guitar on the albums, as did Ron Adams. Drums were played by Harvey Mason (very famous studio and tour drummer who has played with Rod Stewart, Herbie Hancock and many others), bass was played by Chuck Rainey (very famous studio and tour bass player who has also played with many famous names, including Steely Dan, Betty Davis, Robert Palmer and toured with THE BEATLES on their second tour run across the U.S.)
