RAW Boswin and the Gonnabees are a Calgary-based Original Rock Band, consisting of Singer/Songwriter Rob Oswin (Acoustic/Vox), Terry Lacroix (Bass/Vox), Gavin Sorochan (Drums) and Sandy Switzer (Pedal Steel). Their music is a breath of fresh air, ranging from Classic Rock to rockin' Country, Blues and Folk. Their original songs are presented with passion and conviction by these talented performers. Influences include Boston, Chicago, Red Rider, Pink Floyd, Billy Joel and Elton John. An array of great melodies and meaningful lyrics add up to a win-win for our clients!
RAW Boswin and the Gonnabees is the culmination of over 25 years of blood, sweat, tears and relentless pursuit of music by this born-and-raised Edmontonian Singer/Songwriter Rob Oswin. Writing, recording and performing in so many venues has produced the rich tracks presented here. Raw Boswin’s attention to detail in the studio and Rob's "show-don't-tell" approach to songwriting are fortified by his deep and personal lyrical content.
