Composer and saxophonist Jimmy Reid has performed and recorded with such talent as Michael Buble, Brian McKnight, Celine Dion, Jonathan Butler, The Winans and David Foster. His passion for performing later revealed another great love -- what goes on behind the scenes. Today, his epic orchestrations cover war scenes, crime and chaos, and dark, lush fantasy themes. Other compositions include delicate Classical numbers with piano and strings. Jimmy's diversity and quality production are suited perfectly for Feature Films, Documentaries, Trailers, TV, Games, and Radio.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jimmy Reid headed west to attend USC's prestigious Thornton School of Music, and has been in demand ever since. Whether playing soulful sax, ambient textures, Hip-Hop or composing dramatic symphonic film scores, cues or interludes, Jimmy’s compositions have also been used successfully for corporate "branding" of a broad spectrum of products across varying demographics. Jim's recent influences include John Williams, Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer, and Alan Silvestri.
