Born in Manila, Philippines.  Chris Started playing guitar at the age of 8.  He has been a studio musician and producer for more than 20 years.  In 2003 he started his own Beagle label and has released his fourth CD entitled " Reflections of Midnight ".

In 1989 he moved to Chicago and joined the Ron Harris Acoustic Jazz trio. While active in the local jazz scene in Chicago , he later played with Brazilian jazz artist Dede Sampaio of “Brasil Brasil “ and Filip
