I was Born in 1974 in a small Town called Grantham, Lincolnshire, England the age of 15, I moved over to Ireland to which I still remain. being influenced by many rock bands and artists I began learning the guitar. Seeing the film Crossroads (blues Film) I saw for the first time a excellent guitarist by the name of Steve Via and from this day I knew that lead guitar was the path I wanted to take!. I then learned about Joe Satriani (Tutor to Steve Via) who then became my ultimate Icon. At the age of 19 after many years of playing in bands learning as much as I could I began teaching Advanced Lead Guitar technique's holding many workshops. At the age of 21 I pulled myself out of Live Playing and began gathering resources and equipment for a studio ( Nothing Big!) I now spend my spare time Composing Instrumentals! If you get to listen I hope you enjoy!
I Always believed it was always good to speak one's mind so here's a little Personal thought concerning music and it's little inflictions. Since the time I first started making music (after the countless hours of practicing guitar scales, finger exercises & bleeding fingers) I started to Really delve into the world of music, exploring the soul with the mind eyes image's to all my productions And if I was to be truthfully honest it broke my heart. The Music Industry is no joke Its who you know, where you are, how lucky you can be how much of a cut throat Back stabbing egotistical person you can be. I know this sounds fairly negative this may sound but from my experience this appears to be true.I REALLY REALLY LOVE MUSIC. It touches my soul. :) So it doesn't matter if your not famous or not making money. or scoring with the ladies. lol. That's not what music is all about even though some of these thing can be nice and helpful. Its not easy to survive through life these days, money gets shorter and things get more expensive. So if you can make money at music this a definite Plus. Thanks for listening. :) Dan
