CandyAppleRed is the musical nom de plume of a solo multi-instrumentalist from the UK who has been composing and creating CDs for many years. The music he creates is varied, ranging from folk to heavy metal via electronica, celtic, ambient and loops. It can be down-tuned metal guitar one moment, gentle ambient synths the next. What CandyAppleRed is not is mainstream and boring. CandyAppleRed plays or programs all instruments himself and currently can be heard on guitars, basses and keyboards as well as electronic percussion.
