Hank grew up outside Philadelphia listening to many of the great artists who played the Main Point in Bryn Mawr, played acoustic folk/blues around the Philly area, also banjo and fiddle in a country/bluegrass band.
He moved to Nashville in 1987, played various songwriters showcase venues, wrote lots of songs, got a sunburn shopping those songs on music row, and moved to Memphis 1993, met Becc Lester, started performing with Becc, also met Brenda Patterson and Ward Archer and joined the "Campfire Boys" now known as "Cooleys House.
