"a wry tone... sumptuous strings and emotive melodies..." - City Life, Manchester, UK
Soothing flute and oriental strings over dreamy pads and distant choirs, and a mellow tabla groove. Perfect for yoga, relaxation, scenes of natural beauty and calm, or far-eastern travel. Instrumental, Dramatic, Ethereal Music
Reflective, melancholic piece for piano and string quartet. A simple repeated chord sequence on the piano is joined one by one by expressive contrapuntal cello, bass, violin and viola, building to a poignant, heart-rending climax. For sad times, lost memories and world sorrow. Instrumental, Dramatic, Sad Music
Whimsical piece for pizzicato strings, oboe and bassoon, reminiscent of the theme to Six Feet Under. The 30s / 15s versions, without the suspenseful final chord, would also work in a nature program under footage of playful young animals, and are perfect for advertisements with a quirky edge. Instrumental, Dramatic, Whimsical Music
