Based in New York, Veena is a talented composer who began studying piano, voice, and guitar at a very young age. She went on to study with Juilliard graduates in composition, counterpoint, classical guitar, aural theory, and classical piano, and she also lived in Nashville for 2 years soaking in their music scene and various styles of Southern music. Veena has written music for various independent films and artists, and she brings us both instrumental and vocal tracks in the Dramatic, Electronic, Rock, Pop, Techno, Jazz, and Horror genres.
This piece has more of a SAW feel to it. The style shows more of a deranged color. Possibly a slasher vibe to it. Where as to most would embellish I instead pull back and left the effect to the subtlety,, Instrumental, Horror, Horror Psychological
This track can be used for many different venues. When writing this piece I envisioned a young girl in a house hiding from the "monster" who is stalking/chasing her. It is dark and mysterious. This is a dark type of piece. Reminds me of a mix of SAW and SILENT HILL. It begins with some intrigue and takes you onto this journey of following the horror that will unveil later on in the piece. Instrumental, Horror, Horror Chase
A dark uptempo piece. A nice steady beat and many dynamic characteristics. I found this to represent a dark time in someones life where all of the fabric that has held them together begins to unravel. A tense pounding beat supports the track through its journey.
