Q.  What format should the cue sheet be sent in? (i.e. fax, e-mail, hard copy)

A.  AudioSparx prefers that cue sheets be emailed to info@audiosparx.com

ASCAP prefers that cue sheets be e-mailed to: cuesheet@ascap.com or tvcuesheet@ascap.com.

If the cue sheet cannot be e-mailed to ASCAP, then please mail a legible hard copy to: ASCAP, ATTN: Cue Sheet Dept., One Lincoln Plaza, New York, NY 10023

Please contact BMI directly at www.bmi.com for instructions on filing cue sheets there.
