Title: iPhone - How to install AudioSparx ringtones to an iPhone

The iPhone is a popular phone but unfortunately it is not easy to install a custom ringtone
purchased external from the iTunes store onto an iPhone.  Fortunately there is a solution to 
install custom ringtones to an iPhone without iTunes for free.  Here is the step by step guide
below. 

Clients purchasing a ringtone from AudioSparx.com will then typically download it to your
PC from our mobile site at audiosparx.net, and then proceed to step 2 further below after
making sure you have the needed software utilities mentioned directly below installed on
your PC.

The tools you need are Aimersoft iPhone Converter Suite and iPhone PC Suite,

Step 1 - How to extract audio to iPhone ringtone from DVD?

AudioSparx clients can skip this step for audio ringtones, but we include it here for reference.

1. Install Aimersoft iPhone Converter Suite and run it. For Windows Vista user, you may
have to run this program as Administrator, right click the program shortcut and click
"Run as Administrator".

2. Run the DVD to iPhone Converter, load your DVD by clicking "Load DVD" button, you also
can load IFO file from your hard drive by clicking "Load File" button.

3. Click drop down list and select iPhone supported format (AAC, MP3, WAV, etc.) you want:

You can also customize the sample rate, bit rate and other parameters of your iPhone ringtone
by click "setting"

To extract a clip from DVD to iPhone ringtone, you can click button "trim", set the start
time and end time.

Then click "Start" to extract iPhone ringtone from you DVD, Done.

Step 2 - How to convert audio and video to iPhone ringtone?

Start Aimersoft iPhone Video Converter, then click "Add" button to load video file which you
want to extract iPhone ringtone from.  You can also "load audio file" to convert music or
sound effect to iPhone ringtone.

Click drop down list and select iPhone supported format (AAC, MP3, WAV, etc.) you want:

The operation is similar as extracting iPhone audio from DVD with DVD to iPhone Converter,
set sample rate, bit rate and other parameters of your iPhone ringtone by click "setting"

Most users' iPhone ringtone are always short, so you may want to convert a clip from movie
to set as ringtone. Click button "trim" to set the start and end point of your iPhone ringtone.

Step 3 - How to sync ringtone to iPhone without iTunes?

There are also some other ways to convert audio to iPhone ringtone and sync it to iPhone
with iTunes, but I think these are a little complicated and users may be at a loss with such
ways.  We recommend iPhone PC Suite, an almighty iPhone manager that can let you
manage phone book, software, media and other files between iPhone and computer
without iTunes easily.

But before use this tool, make sure your iTunes installed and has been connected with iPhone
once before (Then you will never need not run iTunes when you use iPhone PC Suite to
manage your iPhone).  And when the first time you connecting iPhone, it will install
PhoneDaemon on your iPhone, don't worry it is green software and will do no harm.

The default language of iPhone PC Suite is Chinese simplified. To change it, find the
folder" LangPack" under the extracted folder, delete "zh-CN.lang" and "zh-TW.lang".
(There is still Chinese when initializing, but after that it will be fine).

Now it will show you how to sync the converted iPhone ringtone to iPhone without iTunes.
Connect you iPhone to computer, double click" iPhone PC Suite" to start iPhone PC Suite,
the program will scan you iPhone automatically for a short while. Then click button
"Personal" on the main menu, select "ringtone".

Click "New Ringtone" to locate the converted iPhone ringtone.

Select your target iPhone ringtone, then it will upload the ringtone to iPhone automatically.

You can also manage your ringtone with it, like rename, delete, export. iPhone will
sync with it automatically.

Then you can select your favorite audio file and set it as your iPhone ringtone on iPhone.
Click "setting"->"Sound"->"Ringtone", the converted ringtone is listed on column
"Customize". Now you can enjoy the fun of your unique iPhone ringtone!
