Troubleshooting Your Ringtone Download
File Size Issues
When you click the Download Now option to commence the download of your ringtone, if you get one of the following error messages or warnings:
Error 413: page cannot be displayed.
The requested page cannot be displayed
Error 1015: Invalid content type
Page not available
Not enough memory
This is typically indicates that the file size of the ringtone you are trying to download takes up more memory than your phone can handle either for one track or for all tracks that are
stored on the phone. To resolve the problem try any of these things:
1. Download a shorter version of the song (i.e. set the length to, say, 20 seconds). This will result in a smaller file size. If the 20 second version works, then download it again, increasing the length, until you hit the limit of what your phone can handle.
2. Download a lower fidelity version of the song; the lower the fidelity, the smaller the file size, so it takes up less memory.
Mobilizone Login Failure
If you can surf to audiosparx.net on your mobile phone but when you try to login the site tells you that your login is invalid, the reason is that on some few phones, the form variables passed in the login process do not pass properly. Try this alternate login URL on your phone:

where "username" should be replaced with your actual audiosparx username and "password" should be replaced with your actual password. After doing this you should be able to proceed and download any ringtones you have purchased.
