Free License Option
Student Non-Commercial Use Only

For tracks listed in our FreeZone, we provide a limited-use license for student non-commercial use.  The following uses are permitted under this license option:
  • For student film production, background, feature, credits, trailer, preview, intro, extro or header, for a film that you will not distribute, broadcast, sell, give away, or show to a paid audience.  Use of the film at student film festivals is permitted, even if an admission fee is charged.
     
  • For use in a student theatrical productions or competitions.
     
  • For student-created demos that you do not sell, give away or distribute.
     
  • For use in any type of school or student project that you will not sell, distribute, broadcast, give away or trade.
     
  • For use in student software project, multimedia project, music track (for sound effects) or video game that you will not distribute, sell, or show to a paid audience.  Office use is excluded.
  • For backing music or effect for a student non-commercial web site, webcast, podcast or other Internet use.
What You Can Not Do:
  • Sell, resell, re-license, sub-license or give away tracks on their own (includes physical goods and non-tangible items) - We can negotiate a custom license for such use, please contact info@audiosparx.com with details of your intended use.
  • Claim exclusive ownership of a track or digital media file
  • Copy tracks and files on CD or other media apart from your multimedia project
     
  • Sell Audio-Only CDs or Audio Downloads or Ringtones using the tracks without synchronization with other media - We can negotiate a custom license for such use, please contact info@audiosparx.com with details of your intended use.
Comprehensive License Text
Comprehensive licensing text is provided for each track which you add to your Download Zone.  To proceed to license the track, click on the DZ (Download Zone) icon, which will immediately add the track to your Download Zone where you can proceed to download the track and obtain the licensing text for the track as well.
