True-Tone Ringtone "Push" Technology is Not Free
Further, many phone service providers charge the sender (AudioSparx) a fee for each "push" transmission.  If we were to use this method of content delivery, this would raise the overall cost of our ringtones service.  Consequently, rather than pass this cost to you, we use alternative delivery methods that are generally available for free.

Ringtone Download Privileges Expire One Year After Purchase
Ringtones in your Mobilizone expire one year after purchase. You can re-download ringtones to the same phone or a different phone any time within the first year without being charged again for the ringtone. This is handy in case you change phones or want to share the ringtone with a friend.  Once the ringtone is downloaded to your phone, it does not ever expire on your phone, you can use it on that phone forever (while it is still operational of course!)

Self-Service Ringtone Download Service
Please note that our ringtone download service works on a self-service basis.  Because of the huge variety of different phones and computers that exist, and because neither your phone nor computer are under our direct control or administration, we are not able to advise you about the specifics of how to operate either your phone or your computer.  However, we can guide you below in a general sense to help you understand how to proceed to download your ringtone.

Please follow the instructions below that are most applicable to your situation:

• If you are a Verizon or Alltel client, click here - Verizon and Alltel run a non-neutral wireless network (e.g. a "walled garden",) wherein they prohibit their clients from downloading ringtones from third party ringtone providers (such as AudioSparx) directly to your phone.  Consequently, you must first download the ringtone to your computer, and then email it to your phone as an email attachment.
   
• If you have an iPhone, click here - Apple also runs a "walled garden", making it cumbersome to get a ringtone purchased externally from iTunes onto your iPhone.  In the article referenced here, we provide several alternate methods to get a ringtone to your iPhone.
   
• If your phone has mobile Internet capability, click here - This option walks you through how to download a ringtone directly from our mobile site at audiosparx.net to your mobile phone.
   
• If your phone does not have mobile Internet capability, click here - This option provides instructions to download the ringtone to your computer.
