I have a balloon
My balloon is red
My balloon is round
It's the size of my face...
...uh...I mean "head"

I'm gonna write my name
Right here at the top
I'm gonna take my sharp pencil 
and press it right here
and hope my balloon won't --

"Oh No!"

I have another balloon
This balloon is green
I'm gonna draw a scary face
And make it look real mad...
...ooops, I mean "mean"

I'm gonna draw a nose
Right on this spot (yep, right here!)
I'm gonna take my sharp pencil
And press it right here
and hope my balloon won't
  (  *pop*)

"Oh No!"

SPOKEN:
Please don't use your pencil
on your balloon;
if you poke a hole in it,
it might fly right over the tree --
I mean, over the "Moon!"


So if you have a balloon
Keep it safe, my friend
Treat it like an egg
You can be a rooster...
...ooop...I mean "hen"

Put it on the floor
And sit right on top
Just don't bounce up and down
Or squish it to the ground
Or fill it full of peas
and squeeze it 'tween your knees
or feed it to the dog
or tie it to a frog --

uh . . .  I mean "porcupine."
Or else your balloon might
(  sound of popping)
