It’s a crazy, crazy world that we live in.
I wonder when the time will come for change.
You try to teach your children that there could be a better way.
When all the while, news relays every hatred of the day

It’s a sad & sorry state of affairs.
You try & find the good guys: The ones who care,
The politic, and rhetoric.
I could swear it makes me blind
Hidden in excuses, maybe there is some truth to find.

Please don’t ask too many questions
The answers all but seem to have disappeared
Please don’t ask too many questions            
The truth is half a world away
Too dangerous a game to play.


It’s a shame that war is what we do.
And we do it well: creating our own Hell.
We say we have the answers and there’s a method to our way.
Until we change the questions, there will be wars for every day.
