Extended Description
’S Wonderful takes us to New York City in 1924 with a slapstick and vaudeville style homage to comedic silent movie stars of the 1920’s. A desire for love allows newspaper typesetter, Harold, to shatter his black and white existence and find a world of color. The journey continues to Paris in 1938 as Leslie, a young Parisian café waitress, and an American sailor discover that their love can conquer the times and trials of WWII. Fast forward to Hollywood via 1948 as Jane, a makeup artist who makes those around her look beautiful, discovers her own creative gifts. For the first time, she finds the beauty in herself.
