Ana Babuškina is a Lithuanian composer who writes original music, interpretations of authenticating Lithuanian Folksongs, and soundtracks for films and theater performances. Born in 1971, she received her Classic Music education from the Vilnius Conservatory and Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. As founder, leader, and vocalist in the Folk group Liberte, founded in 2004, Ana has taken part in many international music festivals in Lithuania and abroad, performing their songs in both Lithuanian and Russian languages.
