Now she's gone

The news today really gets me down and it's hard for me to believe
She passed away. The only thing I feel is this endless grief
Wherever I go whatever I do there is this pain deep inside
And there will always remain an empty space after she died

I melt into tears It's hard to say goodbye
Nothing really matters except the black cloud in the sky
Time stands still, only one thought in my mind
Now she's gone

I try to relax and I walk around I feel the grief cuts very deep
There are pictures in my mind of her lying in a coffin and I start again to weep
Whatever I do whatever I see I can't hold back the tears
My head is aching with every step I'm taking I'm struck down with burning spears

I melt into tears...

Life is hard 
Life is sometimes hard to take
It spins around and then it starts to quake
And the roller coaster is getting faster and faster
There is no way to get off when you're in

What is this? 
What is it all about?
You turn around and then you get knocked out
You are aware that you should be prepared 
for all the highs and lows in life when you're in

I close my eyes and try to break away from the whirls inside my head
And then I see her again with a smile on her face lying in her bed
Whatever I see whatever I think there's a wound in my heart
Like a blaze which keeps on burning and will tear me apart

I melt into tears...

Here am I
I don't know where I am
The whole world turns into a giant hologram
Where is the track which will lead me back out of this maze
It's hard to get out when you're in

I light a candle and say the Lord's prayer I'm glad to be alone
I am overtired but I don't want to sleep although I feel like a stone
Whatever I think wherever I go there is a place deep inside
Reserved for all the memories, reserved for the light

I melt into tears...
