FLIGHT OF THE ANGELS

VS.1		In the cold of night, I hear the rush of angels wings;
		Looking in the sky I see the form of heavenly beings 
		And what it brings:
		
		Light--such blinding light, creating day from total dark.
		Sounds of thunderous praise, such heavenly sounds that fill my heart,
		They fill my heart.

CHORUS	        Why did they come to me? What could their message be?

VS. 2		“Born to you this night in Bethlehem is Christ, your King.
		Go and find a babe who wears no crown, who has no ring; 
		For Him we sing.

BRIDGE	        The Lord your God has prepared a star in the sky
		To show you the place where He lies.
		Just listen for His precious cries.	
		Go and kneel before the Messiah“.

VS.3		Angels from the realms of glory --such mysterious flight,
		Meeting shepherds at a manger throne that glows so bright
		This holy night.

		Hovering over Jesus’ tiny form, they sing His praise.
		Mingling with the songs of mother Mary in this place, 
		Sacred place.

		Angel’s flight on this night,
		For the author of grace.
