Have mercy on me, Oh God,
according to thy loving kindness:
and unto the multitude of thy tender mercies
blot out my transgressions.

Against thee I’ve sinned, in thy sight:
that thou might be justified when thou speaks.
Make me to hear joy; 
the bones which thou has broken rejoice, rejoice.

Create in me a clean heart,
renew a right spirit in me.
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation;
uphold me with thy spirit.

Deliver me from my guiltiness,
Oh God, my salvation, my salvation.
O Lord, open thou my lips;
my mouth shall show forth praises,
and sing of thy righteousness.
