Offering a nimble mesh of Indie Rock and vintage computing, Cambridge-based trio The British IBM officially launched in 2012, commandeered by Singer-Songwriter and retro enthusiast Aidy, alongside musical comrades David on bass and Scott on percussion. In the two years before, the outfit toured and performed as "Aidy," prior to its rebranding. The group’s 2012 debut self-titled album, produced with Neil “Bugs” Rogers, features their single, “Animal,” accompanied by a well-received animated video clip lensed by Ridertoons’ Jose Cubero.
Cinematic string-laden indie rock track about the passing of time and building on the shoulders of those that have gone before us. Would work great with a trailer or nostalgic drama scene. Male Vocals, Indie Rock, Indie Rock
Slick, mid-tempo, bass driven track that cruises along like a chauffeur driven limo. Sounds like something that could play in the background of the Sopranos. Instrumental, Indie Rock, Indie Rock
Orchestral indie rock song about how there's more to life than just getting by. Would work great with a scene where someone's making a change in their life to break from the mundane. Male Vocals, Indie Rock, Britpop
Inspiring, string-laden indie rock song about previous glory and how the end of a partnership has hindered any future success. Would work great in a dramatic and possibly business related movie or TV show like Halt and Catch Fire. Male Vocals, Indie Rock, Indie Rock
