From Auckland, New Zealand, Marc Beasley first picked up a guitar at age 16 after seeing the movie “A Hard Day's Night.” After teaching himself how to play the guitar, he took up the piano and other instruments and performed with a number of bands in various venues. Working today as a composer, arranger, producer and sound engineer, Marc’s melodic music is often influenced by The Beatles, Kinks, XTC, and Coldplay; he doesn't mind a bit of Rogers and Hammerstein, either. Marc's music on our site ranges from Acoustic Ballads to Orchestral-style pieces to Alternative Rock.
