Rapster's innovative music features his compositions, vocal, guitar and bass talents. An award-winning composer of Chamber music with University honors, Rapster enjoyed the '70s playing in the San Francisco Bay area fusion band Clouds, then toured with The David La Flamme Band, enjoying his share of sex, drugs, rock and roll so prevelant during that era. Well, Rapster's baaack, with some new muscular tracks that should find happy homes in a number of TV, Film and multiple media projects. His ability to blend genres guarantees an innovative style of original music.
Rapster is the consummate musician. He composes, arranges, plays guitar, bass, keyboards, tenor sax, raps, and sings. He sure does his thing, which has kept him in demand for years. Throughout his career, Rapster has played with some iconic artists, including Woody Shaw, Jon Hendricks, Julian Priester and Mike Nock.
