Gaiatronic (Dramatic Tracks)

Steven Mikkelson is a classically trained concert pianist, conductor and composer. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, studied at the SF Conservatory of Music, and then at CalArts. The exploratory environment of CalArts inspired Steven to pursue interactive, algorithmic-driven composition methods, which led him to computer programming and electronic music production. Using music composition and signal processing softwares allows Steven to integrate unique soundscapes into his epic orchestral war soundtracks, video games, etc. -- all bristling with conflict and danger!
