Owen Phillips is a composer from Cape Town, South Africa who creates music with a peaceful and chilled out feel. Blending Dramatic, Electronic, World, and Easy Listening styles, much of his music incorporates unique ethnic influences and exotic rhythms for added texture and mood. Owen's love for making music started with piano lessons as a child, and in later years he studied classical guitar and African music. He also worked for several years as a music teacher, teaching both guitar and music theory.
