Q. How can I report copyright infringement at AudioSparx? A. First, please know that AudioSparx takes very seriously any claim of copyright infringement related to content being displayed and/or sold at our web site. We are a stong proponent of the rights of digital content owners and we endeavor to ensure that all content sold here is fully and properly licensed and pre-cleared for further licensing to our clients. AudioSparx is a marketplace service provider, where buyers and sellers of digital audio content transact business. Currently, AudioSparx sells content from over 2,800 independent content providers (artists, publishers, producers, etc.). If one of these content providers has uploaded and is selling one or more files which belong to you, please contact us immediately and let us know specifically which track or tracks you are referring to. For any claim you report, make sure to provide the AudioSparx Catalog ID, title and a URL for the track(s) you are referring to ensure that we review the correct track(s). We will investigate any such claim promptly and, if verified, we will promptly delete the offending content from our web site.
