Sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and I don’t like what I see.
True I’ve had to work for everything that I own still thinking I got off free!
Sheltered in a small town where everyone had to know everyone’s name.
If you didn’t take the time to do the town hall once a week, it was looked up to be a little strange so I played the game. I played the game.

There’s just too many people out there suffering in the world.
Children crying, some are dying in the street.
Looking at myself, I’ve had just one wheel on the road.
Now it’s time for me to stand up on my feet and
give a helping hand. A helping hand.

It took me a while to adjust to the life of living in the city.
Everyone trying to fit in and the only concern is what kind of car your driving.
If you didn’t get the memo then take another look cause there’s a world outside.
If you stay in there forever locked up in your silly room, life will pass you by and you’ll slip away. You’ll slip away!
