With a dragon swirl, she sails through the world, my golden girl

Vermont ways, book-filled days, & maple leaves askew
College years, with studious peers, gentle laughter floating through
With her heart unfurled, my gentle pearl, my golden girl

She sallies forth and leads the way (into day )
to reach the rendezvous
Sharing shining through the fray
She smiles for you, her gift is true

Wedding rings and grownup things and loving him out loud
