Burlseque is a jazzy and show biz type of risqué striptease music, and considered to be Adult Entertainment. The classic quintessential song, “The Stripper” (by David Rose) was used in “Gypsy” in 1962. The 2010 motion picture, entitled Burlesque, stars Christina Aguilera and Cher, and reprises this genre in the movies. Burlesque is often a parody and over-the-top, can be lewd, playful and high-class or low-class.
