DAIN HEALD began his first band in 5th grade doing covers and originals. After high school he was in a local band that was chosen to represent the city of Glendora for the regional 4th of July celebrations which were covered by local press. Later on he was a co-founding member of "Nasty Habit". Unfortunately the band split up. But then False Profit was formed and in September of 2001 over dinner, the suggestion to make a demo was something different, radical and controversial.
