Andrew G Carr enjoyed great success as co-founder and writer for the internationally award-winning Scottish Blues band, Summerfield Blues. He worked as a sound engineer before moving to the world of theatre as a technician and then as production manager with Youth Music Theatre Scotland. He also managed a variety of shows, including two creations of a musical entitled "The Thrill of Hope." A winner of the Edinburgh International Jazz and Blues Festival Alexis Korner Memorial Trophy, Andrew now writes music for Film and TV.
