He signed his first publishing deal in 1965 and played lead guitar in a number of bands. During the ‘60s he recorded at Abbey Road and worked with various top artists including Tom Jones, Del Shannon, The Hollies, and many others. Alan’s original songs feature his heartfelt lyrics and showcase his talent as a vocalist, instrumentalist, and storyteller.
