Hailing from the UK, Renee Sears and Gerry Power started writing Country music together in 2005 and formed the Country Rock band, The Big River Bandits shortly afterward. They released their debut album, 'The Single Life' in 2007, and a single from the album 'High Wire' reached number 11 in the UK's unsigned charts. Their writing style has been influenced by a great number of new and old-style Country artists resulting in a unique mix of Traditional Country, Country Rock, Bluegrass, and Rockabilly and has proved popular around the world.
