UK songwriter, producer and engineer Brian Charles Rice is an all-round instrumentalist of considerable renown. After the susccess of a song recorded by Pop/Dance Artist, Rachel Panay, Brian's career has taken off with a distinct sound and niche within the broad framework of Pop music.
