Ty Katsarelis (New Age Tracks)

Currently based in Texas, Ty Katsarelis has studied music on a scholarship at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of Houston as a Theory/Composition Major. Although quite young, he has helped many a friend in the music department with composing musical scores and complex Jazz charts. With a main interest in film scoring, Ty is focused on Dramatic pieces with strong motivic development, dynamic orchestration, and highly evocative moods. His many influences include Gordon Goodwin, John Williams, and Quincy Jones.
