US-based Rachel Panay's journey as an artist began with her childhood and 10 years, training in classical dance, piano, and theater. Later on, she attended Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music where she excelled and emerged a seasoned and sophisticated professional artist. From 2004 to present, Rachel went on to enjoy a string of consecutive Billboard Dance hit singles. Today, we are proud to present her debut hit single "I'm In Heaven (You Make Me Feel)" which launched her successful career.
