Currently based in LA, Kaori Furukawa is a dynamic composer from Japan who specializes in music for TV, Film, and Commercials. A classically trained pianist, her passion for a wide variety of music shines through in her diverse catalog, which includes tracks in the Electronic, Dramatic, Classical, Rock, Pop, Ambient, and World genres. From the traditional Japanese sound of "The Ancient Melodies," to the Scandinavian-influenced "The Water Village," Kaori's tracks will add real mystique to a variety of ads, multimedia projects, and more.
Kaori Furukawa studied piano at the Yamaha Music School in Hamamatsu, and at the age of 9 she performed an original song at the Tsumagoi Music Hall on national TV. She moved to the US in 2010 as a recipient of the world scholarship at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she studied Jazz composition.
