Stephen Tirpak is "The Pakman," a multi-talented composer, arranger and performer from the Philadelphia area who writes and records for some of the hottest names in music today. Music icons who have used The Pakman's compositions and lyrics include Erykah Badu, P. Diddy, The Roots, LL Cool J, Will Smith, R. Kelly, Boyz II Men, Vivian Green, Notorious B.I.G, Gerald Levert, Mindi Abair, Kindred, Young Gunz and Jay-Z. For the past three years, Stephen has been the horn section leader and arranger for the John Legend Band, where he plays both the trumpet and trombone.
