Do a hep two-step in skin-tight jeans with designer seams in style
But if there’s nothing sweet on the inside to match the outside sugar bowl
We might find ourself at the bottom of the popular opinion pole

Some folks walk the walk, others just talk the talk
Some pretend to be our friend and end up cleanin’ our clock
Greedy fat cats an’ down dirty rats sometimes lead us astray
But truth will find it’s own way to come out at the end of the day

Some run over their own mothers for a little fame and wealth
But treatin’ others worse than we want ‘em treatin’ us
Can be detrimental to our public health

          But if we don’t treat others kindly
