The musical careers of Rick Shaffer and Bruce Cohen, a/k/a THE REDS, span three decades of critically acclaimed recording and film work. Including numerous REDS albums, film soundtracks, songs and score for TV (e.g., Miami Vice, One Life To Live, General Hospital), major film companies like De Laurentiis, Tri-Star, New Line, and directors Michael Mann, Jack Shoulder, and Paul Michael Glaser.
Shaffer's solo projects include guitar work on the albums of Marianne Faithfull, Peter Murphy, Marc Almond, Hilly Kristal. While Cohen's solo work includes writing score for numerous theater productions at Philadelphia's Walnut Theater, and for The Pulse Theater Company in New York City.
