Ukraine's Origen was founded in 1995 by composer, producer, and sound engineer Alexsey Zakharenko. Ever since the albums "New Age Opera" and "Ave Maria" were released, Origen has become one of the most respected and beloved artists of the New Age/Progressive Electronic/Classical Crossover genre. Blending atmospheric New Age elements with real instrumentation and the incredible voice of Opera soprano Tanya Lubimenko, their "Lacrimosa" was certified by The International Association of Independent Recording Artists as an international "Top 40" chart release.
